REDACTED exists — its installer is alive — but its only public footprint is a chatgpt.site subdomain, OpenAI’s hosting for ChatGPT: fm1-redacted-installer.xrhetor.chatgpt.site. Everything else follows from that: no repository, no release, no screenshot. We know it exists because aroum’s catalog listed it on October 8 and because the installer responds.

What it does

It presents itself as a four-track groovebox, experimental, dark, fractured, lo-fi — dark fractured lo-fi. Four engines named after sinister physics: PULSE, VOLTAGE, STATIC, and GHOST. Plus four performance shapers on the top knobs: FRACTURE, STATIC, CHANCE, and MUTATE. The boot screen: a broken record.

Status

It’s reported as GPL-3.0 based on Felucca, but without a repo there’s no way to verify either the license or the lineage — full label: unverified. Real firmware or DJ Redacted performance piece? The only confirmed thing is the installer. Meanwhile, the ecosystem rolls on.
